I recently experimented, with some landscape shots, of creating a fake "panoramic" effect by cropping the top and bottom of the shots, and seeing what effect this had on some pics in giving the feeling of a "wider view". Thought I would try this out on one or two pics of a smaller original space than a "landscape" size subject. To compare this to the original frame, click on the pic to see the original on my OneDrive. Curious to get your comments.

I think it worked well with this image since the bulk of the flowers are clustered along a horizontal line. The cropped out portions were mostly greenery and I think there is plenty remaining in the cropped image. Nice work.
