They have this event every 2 yrs. walked to the end of a long dock to get closer to the race

sadly, we don't get the Thunderboats racing this year in Seattle... I especially love the vintage boats when they run, the sound of those Merlin V-12 fighter engines running flat out still gives me a thrill...
