In Manitoba......

......I stopped here for a few hours



Water levels here were very low as well.





Two shots of a Willet





A Killdeer



A Western Kingbird



And another Willet



All with K10D, 16-45 and Bigma

Great clear shots you're getting out of that BIGMA. I need to use mine at less distant targets sometime to see if I can achieve anything like that. My favorites are #4 for the water drops, and #6 - great colors and crispness. They're all good though...

Good shots, but please, find another font to use for your name, comic sans is a horrible font!

Nice birding Heinrich - Whitewater lake ? Ummm water looked pretty low there. Nice to see the Geese joingin you in the travels although sooner or later they will head south. Nice variety of birds indeed.

Heinrich, those birds are wonderful. The eye on the Killdeer really pops. Really nice series.

Thank you Josh for the kind words. I have used bigma for landscapes with mixed results, it seems to have a hot spot right in the middle that only shows up in distant subjects.
