Glowing Leaves on Glass (3 images)
Posted By: hamidlmt, 11-06-2008, 12:30 AM

More fun with the K20D, Vivitar Series 1 105mm 2.5 macro lens and AF-540 flash triggered by SM Flashwaves (under the glass table).

I really needed to break out the tripod, but I was rushing. The idea struck when I had to be out the door in a 5 minutes.

This shot it partially illuminated from the top by the bug light on the back porch.

Thank you! I put a red gel over half the flash to warm it up just a little bit.

Thank you daacon! I may have to go back with a tripod tonight and see if I can get a little closer with the macro lens.
