Two fishes in a Moth...

Very nice Giant Moth...
One of the biggest in Québec.
Look at the bottom wings: looks like 2 fishes that do a hug..
I was close to only publish that part zoomed.

That look of the moth with the number of 'eyes' will certainly give some predators a pause....looks like a couple of faces. And I'm sure that is what nature intends.

I don't know, but I'd say that's what humans interprets... wonderful design nonetheless!

i'd say overall width was about 6 inches or about 15 cm...
