Thank you. The colors were intentionally over saturated in post production, but otherwise aren't manipulated.

Looks more oily than water colours! But beautiful - mesmerizing.

Thanks for the explanation, my first thought was some oil on top of the water as well. Was it raining as well? Looks like raindrops hitting the water.
