After some failed attempts previous years when I shifted from K-5 with external GPS/astrotracer to the K-1 with built in gps/astrotracer.
I finaly read the manual... I forgott to turn on the GPS.
We didnt have completly dark skies yet due to living in the arctic. But im still happy with a first sucessfull atempt.
119seconds at iso 800 and f/5.6
In the center of the image the stars are still pin point.
Next time I will also take a foreground image and stitch them together.
Main reason we where out was to capture the Aurora that was unusualy early in the season. And one of my first time capturing Purple Aurora.
