End of the day on the Saint Lawrence shore, 645Z + FA 55-110 mm f/5.6 ED.
Lens: 645 FA 55-110 mm f/5.6 ED Camera: Pentax 645Z Photo Location: Quebec, CANADA ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/125s Aperture: F14

Days are getting shorter, this sunset was at 19h30. My crappy 645 FA 55-110 mm zoom continues to surprise me every time I take a picture. No ghosts, no flare, excellent contrast and sharpness, 1/125 sec @ f/14 and 98 mm FL.

Would you believe these are just tests of a newly acquired 645 lens ? I don't know yet what these zoom lenses can produce and I was checking for ghosts and flare against a light source. I hope you can forgive me ... lol !

Well, I certainly understand where you are coming from however, the lens did a very good job in controlling flare for the most part. The rest should be an easy fix in Post Photo
Editing. Ghosting, is well, Ghosting. Anytime a shooter aims directly into sunlight, these bizarre phenomenon will occur. Again, overall, it looks pretty darn nice.

Am I the first person to discover the descriptive qualities of this lens ? Nobody seems to have appreciated it before. How can you not "love" this 645 zoom lens !

Regards
