Roll landing

Wonderful capture of a fighter jet about to land. Hopefully that is not a Russian Mig on his tail.

unable to make out the jet behind.
But the one about to land is a MiG29 i think, or one of the variations of the Flanker.

How in the world you guys get that close?
I see at bottom part of the image, many others who are just next to, alongside, the runway.

Wish i could get that near to the runways over where i am.
