I agree, it's a magnificent creature. I wouldn't want to meet a human-sized (or larger!) version, but I can't help but marvel at it... and, yes, the photos are awesome too

I wasn't aware of the Panagor 90mm macro lens... or, at least, not until this thread. It's very impressive optically, both in detail and rendering...

I like the lens, and I used it for years now. MF, but I think for macro you need MF. I focus by moving forth and back all the time anyway...

Hey Not a Number saw that film when I was a young a boy. Loved it one of those 50s/ 60s B grade horror movies.
