Hummingbird Filling up
Lens: Sigma 170-500 DG Camera: Pentax k-5IIs Photo Location: Backyard, Conway, Arkansas

Very nice capture! It is amazing how far these little birds migrate.

Thanks. The picture was not cropped. After minimal post processing, I liked the composition as it was. I agree with your observation, although I did not intentionally make it that.

Thanks. This was the best opportunity I've had this year to photograph a hummingbird, reasonably close, and this photo was shot at 500mm.
