Congaree National Park
Lens: DA 16-85mm Camera: K-3II Photo Location: South Carolina ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/2s Aperture: F11

We had hoped to catch some color on the Cypress Trees but we were a bit too early. November is their usual time to shine in this area. Still, the flood plain is pretty this time of year.

Thanks guys. It was a rare day out for us and the mosquitoes were horrendous. I think I lasted 15 minutes in that area. Ughhhhh!

I love swamp pictures, would love to plop a chartreuse popping bug under those trees in the shade. I just know there are some big bream laying there waiting for me. Great shot.

Thank you for the nice comment. I seem to have a great deal of trouble capturing this place; not sure why but am always pleased when I get one I like.
