The Pond

Shot this one today. The weather was not that great so the light is a little poor. I think I will go back when we get more sunshine.. I am thinking by May!! JIMBO

Beautiful yet again Jimbo, I think I prefer the fuller version.
It's not in Alaska is it? Looks like a bridge to nowhere to me.

Thanks Gary. no not a Bridge to no-where.. just a few miles from my home. I too prefer the second one. I tried getting lower but I was starting to get wet.. Cheers JIMBO

No, I liked the first one, fuller meaning bigger.

OOPS...The second one is cropped a little more... I though the first was just a little underexposed... JIMBO

I think the reflections look much nicer in the first one.

I like the 1st image Jimbo. The bridge leads the eye into the background of photo. In the 2nd the eye doesn't have a lot of background to move into.

I'll tag along with the others. I fancy the first shot over the second as the sky, tree line and horizon really add dimension to the image. But it does look a wee bit crooked. Maybe just my eye.

I think the weather was perfect for the shot. It brings a mood to the image, I like the first one more ... great shots!

Me too - on both counts - the light is great for this moody shot and another vote for #1.

Beauty shot Jimbo - first one is the horizon a little tilted ? Very nice landscape , I prefer #1.
