Misty after frosty
Posted By: kurt, 11-09-2008, 11:16 AM

Today was a rainy and misty day. Walking with our dog in woods and along the riverside I was able to shoot these shots (the dog can be rather distracting when trying to take photos ) I hope you get the mood.

Excellent shot Kurt with #1 Love the look and mood. The inner frame(matt) covers part of the tree and i'd rather see more of the tree but otherwiase love the shot. The second shot is funny. How does a tree grow that way???

Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it a lot! I have an other version where the tree in right side is cropped and it works nicely.

I am not sure about the odd bend. I quess that there has been a cut or small crack which later has turned the growth or there has been some obstacle which has made the tree bend ... just a quess.

Great shots! The first is a classic beauty, and the second a joyful image!

Thank you for the comment!

The nature is full of humorous things. Sometimes you see them sometimes not.
