Wandering around a local wetlands here in Lake Jackson today, I noticed this sunlit leaf. This shot typifies fall/winter in SE Texas - there's a real green season for the six months of summer and a kinda green season for the six months of fall-winter (using the terms loosely). We're now in the kinda green season. Anyway, this one was shot with DA 18-250 at 250mm; 1/250s @ f/11.

This sighting is beautiful as there is a focus lighting just on the leaf.
