With bokeh it is like with coffee or wine. The finest and most expensive may not be the tastiest for all occasions.
While Zeiss or Leica primes are really great in this regard, the style of a cheap DA(-L) 18-55 sometimes can be more "spicy" or "juicy" and even better than this DA 16-45/4. But maybe it's just a personal preference.
