The last of the summer pleasure craft and docks are ready to be pulled out for the winter. Only the working boats will remain until next summer.

The harbor will freeze solid and the ice can do major damage to the docks.

Captures the feeling summer is over but I am not ready just got my boat running correctly.

What do they do with working boats when it freezes up, then? Let them get iced in, and fix stuff in the spring?

The working dock is kept mostly ice free just from all the activity and also with underwater fans to keep the water moving around the docks, but yes, the fishing boats never have the shine to them that the summer pleasure craft do.
