You are correct in your observation, given the fact that older, vintage gear has a tendency to produce that effect. Many thanks for the compliment.

Great shot. I have to agree there is a special "old" feel in your shot, but the picture was made with a CCD sensor and an old lens. Did you use post processing to sharpen the edge?

The date the image was taken: 5/26/2016, that long ago I do not recall. I may have had the presets for sharpening a bit too high, however the artifacts are not on all of the edges. The manufacturing date of the body was 2005/2006 and the lens was from my old film days. Wish I could offer a more informative report, but at my age, I can't remember where I left my toupe'.
