I very much like the almost silvery tones of the background with the lines from the trees overlaying it. Then to top it off the crumbly stairs leading down to the yard. Good composition!

Great colours and texture, well captured.

Look like the lady of the house has stormed off in the huff again.....

Great urban decay shot. I see several possibilities to get good shots closer in on the stairs and door.

true, but i had to be careful, residents are very unhappy usually if someone is shooting in their backyards.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful shot. In my town we are surrounded by abandoned houses but nothing like this one! It is a great picture!

it is dangerous to live in such districts in general, minor infrastructural decay doesn't play the main role in this. you should see the house i was living in ten years ago but unfortunately at the time i was without camera.

The bare trees fit the mood of the composition nicely. Good job with the B&W processing also.
