Hi Susan and thank you. We are used to the snow and cold weather, is part of living in Alberta and besides that Elly and I lived in the Yukon for 16 years so we are sort of hardened of.

I love the two last shots for the beautiful skies!

I love the second one for those lonely, but majestic, trees.

Looking at your third, I actually wondered why you cut off those trees from the second shot... before realizing it was not at the sampl place!

@Porforr: Those are nice pictures as well, but perhaps you should start your own thread

Nice shots Heinrich, I like the second one and it is an encouragement to me to get out and shoot in winter. Thank you.

sorry thought this was a share pictures kind of thing. Didn't realise it was a single poster thread - am new here.
