That is quite a nice image of an uninviting place. Lots of lines and textures. I like it very much.

Is this Riga, Latvia? (I ask because there are cities called Riga in the US as well...)

yes, this is Riga, Latvia. shot just 10 minutes walk from the very center.

Excellent composition Ignath. I love the contrast of the black tree against the lighter building. I recommend returning when you have snow.
