Thick Fog
Posted By: bricha, 11-12-2008, 06:57 PM

I woke up early last saturday morning and decided to go out exploring. Everything was covered in a very thick blanket of fog and it was really warm for this time of year. It felt more like August than November. All shots taken with the kit lens. Cropping and adjustments made in Lightroom.

Nice day for a walk and a great series of pics!!

Number #3 and #5 are my favorites, but I also like the #4 because of the "red balls" creating some contrast.

Thanks for the comments. We have lots of foggy mornings here. I'm not much of a morning person so it is usually gone by the time I wake up, or I'm driving in it to get to work. I was happy be able to play in the fog last Saturday.

Nice shots; it's easy to forget that absence of sunlight can sometimes lead to great results as well!

I dig 'em all, but I'm taken with the shot containing the orange buoys - sort of a visual non sequitur.

Actually Stephen King has been dead for 10 years. His zombie has been writing his lastest books and has appeared in at least 3 films.

just kidding
