Very successful atmosphere, it goes straight for the full effect. The noise in the picture actually helps with the effect. Thank you for sharing!

The building looks like a fisheye shot the way the top of the facia dips. Very Spooky!

I started with a vertical panorama that I kinda squished together and warped a bit.
Added a Teal/Orange Color Lookup.
Increased exposure and gamma correction.
added 2 textures - a cracked concrete and a damaged cardboard.
tweaked blending modes on the textures.
and voila - a creepy Westward Ho.
