Okay, I see what you are saying. I understand your question now and the problem is my memory. I did not use the camera's built-in flash. What I did use was a Sunpak

R6400 two battery flash unit on the hot shoe. This little jewel packs quite a punch when power is increased. Once again, my mistrake.
