great capture but i thin the background is a little out of focus, so either f11 or maybe the focus a little more backards?

Thank you! Yes, hand held with AF. The full file is much more tolerable.

This is a very nice scene and I really like your composition with the shoreline and dormant trees on the left.

A nice scene indeed, i especially like the brighter trees on the shore, it provides for a nice separation of the trees and their reflections in the water.

I like the stone and the reflection on the right, it balances the photo well

Thank you Todd! There were many potentially good compositions in this area. I tried several and this was my favorite.

Thank you othar! That line of trees has been grabbing my eye and camera for years. I need to get out there in a boat someday.
