Levi at work
Lens: Super Takumar 300mm Camera: KP Photo Location: Seagrove, NC ISO: 2000 Shutter Speed: 1/320s

My son decorating a tall bottle I made.... We were getting ready to load a wood-fired kiln. Sometimes, it's easier to sneak a picture with a long lens than to ask his permission to take a photo. I'm including another shot with a wider lens to show the kiln area.

Very nice shots. I like the selective focus and use of aperture in the first one.

That's really cool craftsmanship. I like how candid the first photo is: you got part of "the moment" stuck in there and you can feel that level of focus.
