Black & White Lonesome old farmhous

Lonesome old farmhouse · **1 Like**

Seven Islands State Birding Park historically was an old farm on a bend in the French Broad river. The family had lived and farmed the land since the middle of the 1800's. The old farmhouse is still kept up by the state park. I go back to it fairly often to shoot the shapes and shades of the past.

I really love these. They really give an impression of the age of the place, and how bleak it is without a family.
