Why It Pays to Go to Rehearsal

So you know ahead of time where you'll have a chance to catch shots like these:










All Pentax K20D and Tamron 28-75/2.8

If I hadn't gone to rehearsal the night before, I wouldn't have gotten any of those shots. I would have had no idea they were coming.

Oh yes I heartedly agree! I learned that shooting my son's drama troupe. The rehersals are a must to view and shoot. You've done well here Mike.

It's good to definitely go to the rehearsals prior to the main performance night ... at least you do get s chance to know what is coming up ... and prepare your settings accordingly.

Sadly, this is one thing you cannot do when your kids at home.

One cannot rehearse chasing a butterfly.
