from todays shot, some skin

hate that my cam rendered some strange paterns on it:


but I think this shot is RAD anyway, one of my best. I'll be posting more later, but time to enjoy some time off.

I like them all ,as to No2 is unique shot so don't throw it away

As for # 2 I agree with cupic, don't throw it out it works in its own way.

I thought #2 was a crop of #1, showing the unusual pattern. Is that incorrect? It's a nice effect that works well with the subject, but it is unfortunate if it is uncontrollable.

yes the seccond is a 100% crop from nr 1.
I just need to keep my camera warm, its only when its cold it gets like that.

Great shots - like 'em a lot

What was the lighting set-up for these if you don't mind me asking?

The line pattern artifact is quite cool actually. I too would be interested in the lighting setup. =)

lightsetup for the first
3 light setup
ab1600 in octabox cam left, about 2m up
ab1600 in octabox cam right, about 2,5m up
ab1600 in umbrella behind models, about 2m up.


for the rest:
ab1600, gridded octabox, cam left.
ab1600, gridded octabox, cam right.
ab1600, in large umbrella for rim.

Wow! I don't know why but am bias on number one.. Am usually inlove with colors like that.. Mind to share how you arrive to such skin tones? heheheh.. Can't seem to achieve something like that! Woooooooooooooooooooo.. GREAT SHOTS!
