Great timing Kerrowdown! Hope you didn't get too soaked. Shutter speed was just perfect. Nicely done. I'm usually the guy with his back to the wave shooting the sailboats...

Thank you... I watched the waves for a wee while first and then they became quite predictable.

I did get soaked... but that was due to the rain that was going on and nothing to do with the ocean.

Nifty image, My Friend!! My choice in standing places is over where the photographer is because I think he has enough sense to not get soaked to the bone while photographing the wave action!

In future I'd pick the Photog with the umbrella... as I still got soaked in the rain.
