Does nobody dare or bother to comment on this one? Yep, she's a stunner and there have been golden hour shots before, but there's nothing wrong with them (as long as they are not your only trick), particularly when they are as tastefully executed as here.

Yes, it's more interesting, isn't it, Rob, a mood of almost modesty, partially covering it?

it makes it seem like it's incredibly personal, and thus there is mystery in her soul.

Very beautiful light and composition. I wish though that the letters behind her were not so distracting.

Nice shot. I wonder why it is marked as Abstract category though.

Well, of course they give the urban context.

But I took lots of photos in lots of styles, as we should on any walkaround, cymric, this one may be one if you just want to see her and not the beachside environment ...

An oversight, Tomas! 'Abstract' is the default category when you submit, if you haven't noticed.

I actually don't know how to change it!

Bang on, that's what our photography has to be about!

Boudoir, in particular, works that way as a genre.

Clackers, great shot. There's a sweet modesty to the image.

Anything with her right eye/shoulder toward the camera? There's an intriguing asymmetry to her face, and am wondering if bringing her right side forward a bit would balance.
