I wanted to access the "Frienship" Border Park near the U.S.- Mexico border but the road is now closed and access is impossible. View of the city of Tijuana on the other side of the border.

The wall was there in 1980, the first time I accessed this "Friendship Border Park". It extends a substantial distance into the Pacific Ocean too.
