Macro What is it?

Hand-held the 55-300mm PLM, but used flash (Metz Mecablitz M400). Seemed to do the job.

Thanks for the positive comments, the identification, and the "Likes", all - when I took this shot with the 55-300mm PLM, hand-held on one knee, I did not hope for too much. I think the use of the flash contributed significantly to the end result.
