I've been quiet for the last couple of months.

And this is the reason:

The pictures you shot are superb. The last one is a stand-out, but I also really like the 2nd one ("A smile of a child").

The one taken by the doctor is not bad either: well timed, and it conveys the emotion of the moment, IMHO. The white-balance could use a little correction, however.

I know about the white balance, but the lighting conditions were horrible. I just left it like that.

Contratulations! Those are great shots, I like the last two the best.

I can't get over how much the doctor in the first shot looks like Graham Chapman of Monty Python fame.
