Thanks Jer. Editing software filter not lens filter. If I'm understanding your comment correctly.

Nice effect! Since you took it with a 55-300 next tome you can try to do it manually I am sure that you know how but just in case: select a slowish shutter speed and zoom in while taking the picture. It takes some practice but results are very cool
