I think this great blue heron was waiting for a handout. He got very close to the couple fishing. I was glad to see that they didn't feed the bird, as he'd probably be back for more with some of his friends as well.

This picture just feels like the beach to me. The bright sand and those blue-green colours.....can practically feel the sun. I like it
