Well well well, look who's up and about!
Lens: A 400/5.6 Camera: K-50 Photo Location: Golden, BC ISO: 800 Shutter Speed: 1/500s Aperture: F9.5

Not a great shot by any means, but it's the first bear I've set my eye on this year. do you notice the blurred branches in the upper left? That's me shooting through the bushes I'm hiding in

I'd be hiding in the bushes, as well. Not a bad shot at all in my view.

It's not a huge worry at this time of year - they're pretty focused on eating up the dandelion shoots...

Thanks - yep I live in a lucky area to see all sorts of interesting wildlife and landscapes
