Bluewater Creek
Lens: HD DA 21 Ltd Camera: K-50 Photo Location: Golden, BC ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/30s Aperture: F8

There were supposedly trout jumping up the falls here the last week, I didn't see any myself, so I was glad to have grabbed a wider lens I could at least take a snapshot of the falls with. This is Blackwater Creek flowing into Bluewater Creek, some ways up logging roads in the backwoods of BC.

Nice shot and great colour. The trout were hiding when you pulled out the camera.

Quite likely some grizzlies had a feast on trout in this area

what a beautiful place. I think that a slightly off center placement of the falls would have more impact - but maybe that’s just me
