Australia. Inland southern Queensland - west of the ranges, about 150 miles from the coast. We don't get too cold. In winter there are usually a couple of mornings that it hits -4C (about 24F so just nice weather for you). We get about 40 frosts a year.

Sounds like a very nice place to live in. Reminds me of the weather in Mexico City. But, I do love the dramatic change of seasons we get over here.
