--Blooms Along Kings Mountain Gateway Trail · **4 Likes**

I thought I'd start a thread to post the various blooms I find along a trail near home. The gear will vary, but the EXIF will be available.

First up is a blackberry blossom. Apparently either the soil pH or the available nutrients leads to a fairly wide range of tint to the whitish flower.

Another section of the trail has a variety of flowering plants to attract butterflies. No idea what this one is called.

I like the first and last one the best, but all are detailed with excellent colors. Nice work.

These are known as: Coneflowers and also: Echinacea. Great work and many thanks for sharing.
