Been quite a long time I'd use the HD Rear Converter... So I did yesterday, and it always delivers... (x-posted with the HDTC + 300mm thread)

Deux des trois derniers jeunes Petit-ducs maculés restant dans le nichoir. Le 4 autres sont probablement dans les environs sous la supervision des parents... on espère !
Exposition longue de 0,5 sec. à la pénombre (20h42)

Two of the 3 last chicks of the Eastern Screech Owls remaining in the house. The 4 others should be in the trees around, under parent supervision... hopefully!
Long exposition 0.5 sec. at dusk (8h42PM)

Excellent capture. The color is quite different than ones that I have seen in this area.

Thanks!
They do not have their final plumage yet... they are about 25 days old.

Worthy of a National Geographic magazine cover. Well done.
