This is Numruk Shark local to victoria Australia.

The chef did some wonder to the fish - so tender and mouth watering with tang.

Very nice dish but I had to get some mcdonald afterwards...

You made that dish look really good James, I hope you are watching your mercury intake. If you had to eat a McD after that, you might also want to check for parasitic worms as well.
Damn it, now you've got e looking at the Voigtlander 40mm again, you talked me out of it a while back.

Take care,

Amazing photo. Food shots are always welcome.
Don't you just love going to expensive restaurants, tons of money for small portions...

Hehe, McDonald is my second home since it is open 24 hours a day. I drink up to 8 cups of capuccino/latte a day and the presence of Macs are very important to my existence...

Here is my entre dish - scallops!

I have been eating too much lately. Spanish, French and Italian lately. All fine cooking with an expensive bill

I ate 3 apple pies with 2 large Latte afer that. After getting home, I got myself large fried chips from the freezer.

I got no LBA anymore as I have sold off most of my gear Instead, I am commiting the sin of gluttony.

Here is the fabulous basil/cream crab dish that was taken by Fa 31 ltd

Shark in general tends to have flesh contaminated with ammonium taste which is hard to be rid off. This shark meat is captured locally and its size is apparently less than 3 feet or something. It is harmless towards humans and feeds on on the bottom of the sea.

I was basicly brainwashed by the manager to go for this one in Lake Entrance of Australia. So I did and it did not dissapoint me. Just in time to get to next door Mac to fatten up a little more
