Misc Half-Moon - Daytime Shot

Heavily cropped. Semi hand held. Tripod mounted, but I had to tip the tripod backwards to get enough vertical angle (was using the Vanguard GT 300H pistol grip ball head).

I really like the colors in the image, and the texture of the moon looks sublime. Nice shot.

Just the right phase of the moon for a shot. The craters are well defined.
