Oh boy what a fraction of a second! You may have used burst mode? If so, it would be interesting to see the few next shots too.

Great shot and a clever thread title! I photographed one diving in New Zealand, but I was way off of the timing to capture the perfect entry like you did. I also really like the second shot. The eye focus on the target is pretty intense.
