Thanks for the comments!

I just noticed that I had a bit of dust on the sensor that left a spot I should have dealt with. (sigh)

Lovely old buildings, especially that first shot! Is it really a ghost town? Can I live there?

It is a real ghost town but it's being maintained as a state park so things don't deteriorate any further. It has a caretaker/park ranger that lives there but, other than that, no one else does. Here is a link, Bannack State Park. If you're ever in the area it's definitely worth a trip.

I keep finding more images to post. Here is another one.

That's cool! All of the Australian ghost towns have just returned to dust.

Wonderful shots. And love the context the very last shot shows. Sometimes you see a ghost town and the surroundings look so wonderful you wonder why anyone would ever leave.

That and when you notice the dust spot on your new 13x19 print.

Thanks! It is a long way from anywhere and I suspect the winters are pretty bleak.
