Abstract Leatherwood flower

following a photo just posted, here is a branch of leatherwood in flower - local apiarists move their hives to be near the rainforest during summer

A pretty flower--appears to be very much like an apple blossom.
Makes one wonder what is the scent of the flower and the taste of the honey.

although not strongly scented the honey is quite strong in taste and bouquet, regarded highly with quite a bit being exporte; great on toasted crumpets
