The Bee's Flower

Cone Flowers are quite Popular with the Bees in my yard right now... Caught this one doing some tongue exercises before going to work.

Great detail! Looks like a whole lot of tongue-work ahead of that bee!
But is that a mosquito on the top of the flower? What does he want?

Thank you! Yes there is another insect there..Not Mosquito but I think a kind of robber fly ..maybe.
