Yes, these birds are attractive alone - but they are obnoxious in groups.
When a group of them arrive at our feeder, it is like the arrival of a "motorcycle club".

Very pretty bird, and the cactus is a nice frame. Good composition.

I don’t much care for the Starlings either. They have routed out my favorite Gila Woodpeckers from their meticulously prepared holes in the giant saguaros, but they do exhibit beautiful colors.

Nice colors and a nice shot. I do prefer the ones you get of the Gila Woodpeckers more.

Nice capture. No matter what we think of Starlings, it is undeniable that they are beautiful birds.

The bird is very attractive, but much like cowbirds, I don't like to see them around. Great capture.

The cactus background makes an interesting contrast to the bird's plumage and shape: good job!

Excellent capture of a bird with a very striking appearance - not just the colours, but the patterns and textures. The background is perfect for this image.
