Little Pied Cormorant - possibly a Juvenile?
Lens: PENTAX-D FA 150-450mm F4. 5-5.6 ED DC AW Camera: Pentax K3 iii Photo Location: Forest Lakes, outer Brisbane ISO: 1600 Shutter Speed: 1/1250s Aperture: F7.1

This little fellow kept disappearing underwater and popping up somewhere else for barely a second. But he eventually tired of playing aquatic hide and seek and allowed me to grab a few shots.

If you click on the pic, you can see a hi-res JPG of this and one other shot I took. The usual "allow OneDrive time to fully render" warning applies.

Good shot. You are giving the 150-450 a workout.

A typical Cormorant pose following typical Cormorant behavior.
Congratulations for persevering until he 'posed'.

I've never seen such a thing--such a bird in such a setting. Thanks for posting.
Angky.
