I posted this in color a few days ago. When I redid it in B&W, it really popped out at me with a three-dimensional look, at least on my monitor.

Yes, the B&W is an interesting show. Stands out from the background's mild gray.

I liked the original color photo and this one also. It is interesting. On my tablet, it looks a little eerie to me with the gray background.

It seems overexposed in this image - we lose the texture of the feathers on the front of the bird. The background mottling is interesting. Keep playing with this - I think you are on to something.
